The challenge
Manual dispatching and a brittle legacy system capped Shaheen's growth. Drivers backtracked, customers lacked visibility, and margins were thinning as volume rose.
Our approach
We modernized the platform incrementally, shipped Flutter driver and customer apps, and built a routing engine that re-optimizes in real time around traffic and time windows. A live ops dashboard gave dispatchers full control.
The outcome
Cost-per-drop fell 23%, on-time delivery rose to 96%, and Shaheen scaled to three new cities on the same headcount.
