We delivered a unified digital services portal — permits, payments and requests — integrated with national platforms and built for accessibility at scale.
The challenge
Citizens navigated a dozen disconnected systems to complete a single request. The municipality needed one accessible, bilingual portal that met national digital government standards.
Our approach
We designed an accessible, WCAG-compliant portal, integrated Nafath single sign-on and national payment rails, and used a content model that let municipal staff publish new services without engineering.
The outcome
Online completion rose to 81% of requests, foot traffic to service centers dropped by a third, and the portal passed national accessibility and security audits on first submission.
